Terms and Conditions

Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Accommodations

Accommodations will be provided as specified in your itinerary.
Meals: As indicated in the itinerary.
Transfers: As outlined in your itinerary.

2. Changes to Itinerary and Schedule

GREEN ORIGIN TOURS LTD reserves the right to adjust accommodations, meals, or transfers when necessary.
If changes occur, we will provide alternatives of similar quality.

Route and camp changes may happen due to seasonal factors, wildlife movements, booking constraints, or operational conditions.
We will always prioritize maintaining the quality and enjoyment of your safari.

3. Tips and Taxes

All service charges, hotel taxes, and entrance fees to game reserves (as per itinerary) are included.
Airport taxes are excluded and will be billed separately.
Tipping is not included and remains at your discretion. A tipping guideline will be provided by our sales team.

4. Exclusions

Your booked itinerary does not include:

Passport and visa fees.
Additional sightseeing not specified in your itinerary.
Airline baggage charges.
Medical/travel insurance (strongly recommended).
Items of personal nature (drinks, phone calls, optional activities, etc.).
Personal insurance policies.
Costs of any items not explicitly mentioned.
Any government levy imposed after booking confirmation.

5. Booking Process

Deposit: A minimum deposit of 40% is required to confirm your booking.
Deposit amounts may vary depending on accommodations and permits.
Payments via credit card/PayPal will include handling fees (approx. 5–8%).
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits require full payment upfront and are non-refundable (rescheduling possible).

Flexible Booking:
While the deposit is non-refundable, you can:

Amend your travel dates at no extra charge.
Transfer deposits to friends/family (except for non-transferable permits).
Adjustments from low to peak seasons may incur extra costs.

Trip Information:
Upon payment, you will receive details on your itinerary, required documents, and travel essentials.

6. Invoicing for Services

Final invoice will be sent 30 days before departure.
Payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your trip.
Bookings within 30 days require full payment at the time of invoicing.

7. Final Documents

Upon full payment, your travel documents will be sent approximately 21 days prior to departure.
Permit vouchers and hotel confirmations will be securely stored in our offices.

8. Payments & Rates

Prices are based on prevailing tariffs and exchange rates at booking time.
GREEN ORIGIN TOURS LTD reserves the right to apply a surcharge (up to 10%) for unforeseen increases in costs.

9. Changes & Deviations

Change requests are subject to availability.
Any additional costs (airlines, hotels, etc.) will be invoiced to you, along with our service fee.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Up to 75 days before departure: Full refund (excluding non-refundable permits).
Less than 75 days before departure: Refund based on recoverable costs from suppliers.
No-shows: 100% cancellation fee.

No refunds once the safari has commenced or for unused services.

Date changes are accommodated based on supplier policies, and early email notification is required.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover potential cancellation fees.

11. Important Information

All details provided are based on the latest information.
Clients must submit full passport details for bookings involving flights and trekking permits.
Services are not guaranteed until confirmed with payment.
In the event of unavailability, alternative arrangements or upgrades will be offered.
While we strive for optimal wildlife experiences, sightings are not guaranteed.
GREEN ORIGIN TOURS LTD may appoint alternative staff in cases of unavailability.

12. Termination of Itinerary

GREEN ORIGIN TOURS LTD reserves the right to discontinue or terminate a trip under unforeseen circumstances.
