Rwanda’s roots stretch back to the 13th century, when Tutsi pastoral tribes arrived and established a feudal kingdom by conquering the indigenous Hutu and Twa peoples.

📜 The current constitution, enacted in June 2003, promotes national unity, human rights, and personal liberties.
